Knoch Park Central Maintenance Facility

WT Group was hired by Williams Architects to provide Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Protection Engineering Services for the new 25,000 Sq. Ft. central maintenance facility for the Naperville Park District.

The maintenance facility includes vehicle bays, repair shops, maintenance shops, space for park district police and two (2) fueling stations. The facility also includes a public lobby and vestibule with restrooms and an outdoor picnic patio.

The New Central Maintenance Facility Design Features:

• Sustainable design practices guided the design and construction of the facility
• LED lighting throughout
• Efficient heating and cooling system
• Drought tolerant landscaping
• One of the fueling stations dispenses propane fuel
