Zurich North America Headquarters

WT Group was commissioned by Hayes Industries to provide Plumbing Design and 3D BIM coordination for the new 783,800 square foot Zurich North America Headquarters.

This project received LEED Platinum certification, the highest rating by the U.S. Green Building Council. The new headquarters is now one of the largest single-tenant suburban office developments in 13 years and is one of the largest build-to-suit office transaction currently in the U.S.

The New Zurich North America Headquarters Design Features:

• 11-story building shaped like the letter “A” resting on its side

The Plumbing System:

The large size and unique shape of the building required seven (7) mechanical rooms. Three (3) on the lower level, two (2) on level 6 and two (2) on level 12 the mechanical penthouse.
